Francis Habadah, MBA
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Francis Habadah is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GRACE, a Seattle, Washington state socioeconomic think tank that is focused on quality- of-life issues and also deliberations that are pivoted around the adoption of digital technology tools in the ecosystems of the developing world.
Francis Habadah is a capital markets expert. He is an investment banker, an industry analyst, and a portfolio manager.
In addition to his role as the chairman and chief executive officer at GRACE, Francis Habadah is also the chief executive officer and majority shareholder of Nukunu Capital & Co, a multidisciplinary investment management firm that provides investment advice, and solutions in the form of innovative structured finance products to a diversified group of clients including individuals, corporations, and governments.
He has the professional finance background and experience at both the individual investor and institutional investor segments of financial firms.
Financial firms, investment banks and corporate restructuring groups that Francis Habadah has been a part of as a finance professional and an executive include Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, BP Plc, Thomson Reuters, Prudential Global Investment Management, and Equity Trading. These are all primarily high caliber American, British, and Canadian firms with global reach.
Finance products that Francis Habadah has structured in the past include fixed income and equity products. Specifically, some of these finance products include notes for business financing, treasury bonds, corporate share repurchase programs (open market, block, and Dutch tender offers), debts to finance share repurchase programs, government poverty alleviation finance instruments, and global cash reserves.
Francis Habadah is a graduate of Rutgers Business School, New Jersey with a BSc finance and MBA concentration finance and strategy. He also completed a post-graduate program at Harvard Business School.
He is affiliated with the Association for corporate growth, Connecticut venture group, Seattle technology Surf incubator, Rutgers alumni club, and Harvard business school. He likes traveling, jogging, music, and meeting fascinating people.

Michel Goffin, JD (KUL), MA
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Michel Goffin is the Chief Technology Officer of GRACE, a Seattle, Washington state socioeconomic think tank that is focused on quality- of-life issues and also deliberations that are pivoted around the adoption of digital technology tools in the ecosystems of the developing world.
Michel Goffin is also the President of Decatur Industries, an integrator of biometric and RFID based identification solutions with a focus on developing markets. Prior to Decatur, Michel has been assisting emerging businesses in building sustainable business models, accelerating their path to profitability while creating a scalable and cost effective organization that maximizes growth opportunities.
Michel Goffin was COO of Atlas Accelerator, the largest venture accelerator in the US with investments in over 100 companies. Before Atlas, Michel was President of SIVI, an incubator of technology companies. SIVI’s portfolio companies have been acquired by major players including Yahoo and Adobe. In 2002, Michel co-founded VoloMedia, a platform for the distribution of media and integrated advertising to portable devices. VoloMedia holds the patent to ‘podcasting’. Prior to VoloMedia, Michel was CFO at QDesign, the developer of the original QuickTime technology for Apple. QDesign was sold to DTS.
Michel’s initial career was in corporate finance. He was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase and Westdeutsche Landesbank with senior responsibility for credit, operations and business development.
Michel holds a JD (KUL), MA (Carleton) and is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies.

Zach Reed, MBA
Chief Fundraising Officer
Zach Reed is the Chief Fundraising Officer of GRACE.a Seattle, Washington state socioeconomic think tank that is focused on quality- of-life issues and also deliberations that are pivoted around the adoption of digital technology tools in the ecosystems of the developing world.
Previously, Mr. Reed worked at the corporate finance, strategic business development, and business to business marketing sections of technology firms. Zach Reed spent four years at Microsoft Corporation.
Mr. Reed has an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.
His other interest are the earth sciences, urban planning, and political economy. He is associated with the SURF Incubator in Seattle. When away from work, he likes cycling and hiking in the Cascades.
